Bikes on the Drive will exchange, refund, or credit any purchased item (with the following stated exclusions) within 7 days of sale. The item must be in as-new condition, including intact and original packaging, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. Bicycles, bicycle helmets, special-order items, and any items subject to sale pricing are final sale only. We are unable offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for these items. We will credit or exchange any other items, at our discretion, within 30 days of purchase. Due to the high fees we pay for credit card transactions, a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns paid by credit card.

Notwithstanding our best efforts to maintain accuracy and timeliness, online pricing may not always be 100% accurate and up-to-date.
